I generally charge a project fee. I tailor my proofreading and copy editing fees to your project. ​We'll finalise the quote after discussing the scope of work, so that there is transparency about the pricing from the beginning.

When calculating a quote, I take into account the following:

• The type of project and subject matter complexity (word count or page count)

• The length of work (word count)

• The level of editing required: proofreading or copy editing

• Requested deadline

This allows for a fair and accurate estimate for each individual project.

1. The type of work and content matter

2. Word count

3. Your desired deadline

If the work can be edited at a faster time without sacrificing quality, then it might be possible to edit it at a faster rate for an additional fee depending on the requested deadline.
